In today’s episode, I talk about comparison and what it means to me. Social media has a very big part in comparing yourself to others. We all need to remember that social media is only the outermost layer in most people’s lives. We don’t see the struggles and hardships that they have had to go through. In this episode, I give some advice on how to stop comparing yourself to others and ways we can get out of the “comparison rut”.
